Police Station Advice and Assistance and Home Office Production Orders
David
Pilbeam is an experienced freelance accredited Police Station
Representative and registered with the Legal Services Commission (PIN
15174). He covers primarily the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and
Southampton, but does travel further afield for privately funded
representation.
He currently acts on behalf of both mainland and Island solicitors at Police Stations and Prisons on a weekly basis.
He can provide advice and assistance for arrested clients, clients produced under a Home Office Production Order, or clients interviewed by Police Officers whilst in prison.
David can cover duty Solicitor commitments and own client cases.
David Pilbeam is a former Detective Sergeant and a nationally accredited Tier 5 Interview Manager and as such has received advanced training in PACE, CPIA and custody issues.
He is experienced in all types of police investigative interview techniques and strategies including offences of:
homicide, offences against the person, sexual offences, fraud and money laundering, drug trafficking, corruption, illegal hunting, and acquisitive crime.
All attendances and interviews are recorded to the LSC specifications and are mailed to you once an outcome has been established.

Charges
For publicly funded police station attendance the charge is half of the CDS fixed fee.
